When we begin collaborating with a new client, we pursue the following steps within the first 45 days:
1. Get on a mission.
Working hand-in-hand with you we'll conduct a situational appraisal and define your publication's core purpose, including not only what the readers will take away from the experience, but also how you seek to position your business through the publication.
2. Choose the right vehicle
Partnering with you to learn more about your customers needs, establish channel preferences, define content, create structure and determine the optimum media mix to impact your marketing objectives and grow your bottom line results.
3. Jazz it up
Brainstorm, defining the ideas and content that will communicate your message in a way that cuts through the clutter and connects with your customer. We then concept design, photography, illustration, typography, website layouts, enewsletter templates, color, flow, frequency and materials that will capture those ideas in a customer-facing product. Creating integrated marketing programs that include print and online magazines, custom websites, enewsletters and social networks that talk to your customers when and where they are open to hearing from you.
4. Drive it home
Finally, we put a production and client collaboration schedule in place that will move your new communications tools into the Inbox (digital editions, videos, enewsletters), mailbox (print magazines), or ears buds (webcasts and podcasts) of your customers.
